The hotel is located in a prime location near some fantastic restaurants, including the ones in the hotel itself. The food was great and the rooms were spacious, with the most comfortable mattresses, pillows, and duvets. The attention to detail was very nice, with little treats and surprises left in our room every day. The pool areas were fine, with luxurious day beds and multiple pools to choose from. The staff, especially Rida who cooked our eggs every morning, were fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Marrakesh.

The hotel rooms were fine, with plush furnishings and a relaxing atmosphere. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location of the hotel was also ideal, being close to fabulous restaurants and attractions in the city. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and were very good too make me feel welcome. The front desk receptionist, with her beautiful curly hair, greeted me with a warm smile and Morrocan tea and macaroons. They even upgraded my room and made my anniversary extra special. The concierge, Mr Reda, was helpful and knowledgeable, and the tour guide and driver provided a professional experience. The spa was clean and the service was excellent. I had a great chat with the friendly girl who did my nails. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices, and the eggs department chef even had an amazing singing voice! The hotel is also conveniently located, close to the famous Jemaa el Fna square and other historic sights.

This hotel truly lives up to its five, star rating. the exclusive amenities, including the Spa & wellness centre, Indoor swimming pool, Sauna, Outdoor swimming pool. And the attentive service, Beauty treatment, In, room breakfast, and Special diet menus ensure that all needs are met. the sun terrace and Garden area provide a tranquil escape with beautiful views.

The only issue was the lack of entertainment options for a night in. Although there is a Night club, there were limited options for a more laid, back evening.

Here is a hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation. the exclusive amenities are top-notch, and I felt pampered from the moment I arrived. I particularly enjoyed the Spa & wellness centre, which was a serene oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city. the indoor swimming pool was a great place to unwind, and I also made use of the sauna and steam room.

At times, it took a while for the bartender to prepare my drinks, and I had to wait longer than I would have liked.

The hotel is conveniently located close enough to walk to the modern part or take a short taxi ride from the main square, costing around £5. The rooms are bright, airy, well-maintained, and clean. The staff goes above and beyond to make the guests feel special, such as by presenting amazing birthday cakes and singing happy birthday. The head chef even prepared a special French toast for the guests. The hotel is very on top of everything, with attentive service and a delicious breakfast.

There were some issues with security, as one guest had a necklace stolen from their room.
